Leaving the Band

If for some reason your child needs to leave the band we ask that you notify the band committee as soon as possible. The best way to do this is to download the PDF form below and place it in the red box in the school office. This way we will be able to take you child off the band list and deal with any fee or hire instrument issues. The PDF contains instructions as to what you will need to do.
